#### **General Cancellation**

- Orders can be canceled any time before dispatch. Once out for delivery, cancellation is not possible, but rejection at the doorstep is allowed.

- Cancellation windows vary by product category. Details are provided on the product or order confirmation page.

- Orders canceled beyond the specified window may incur a cancellation fee.

- If the seller cancels the order due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.

- Gia Nest reserves the right to accept or deny cancellation requests and to modify cancellation terms.

#### **Special Return Conditions**

- Authorized installation required for returns on certain products.

- For large decorative items or fragile products, faulty parts will be replaced where possible. Full replacement provided only if repair isn’t feasible.

#### **Return Process**

- Returns will be picked up from the original delivery address or an alternate location if serviceable.

- Items must meet these conditions:

  - **Correct Product:** Matching serial numbers, intact tags.

  - **Complete Product:** All accessories, manuals, and freebies included.

  - **Unused and Undamaged:** No signs of wear, damage, or tampering.

Refunds are processed once the returned product passes quality checks.

#### **Exceptions**

- Gia Nest may limit returns per customer based on fraud prevention and other checks.
