**What are the delivery charges?**
Delivery charges vary depending on the Seller. Sellers may apply a nominal delivery fee for low-value items to offset logistics costs. Check your order summary for detailed delivery charges on individual products.
For products listed as Gia Nest Plus, a Rs 40 delivery charge per item applies if the order value is less than Rs 500. Orders of Rs 500 or above qualify for free delivery.
**Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?**
Occasionally, holidays for the Seller or courier partners may fall between your order placement and the delivery date. In such cases, an additional day is added to the estimated delivery time. Sundays and certain public holidays are also factored into delivery timelines.
**What is the estimated delivery time?**
Sellers typically procure and ship items within the timeline specified on the product page. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Delivery time depends on:
- The Seller offering the product.
- Product availability with the Seller.
- The destination location and proximity to the Seller.
**Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi, etc.) on items sold by Sellers on Gia Nest?**
There are no hidden charges when you shop on Gia Nest. Prices are all-inclusive. The delivery fee, if applicable, is transparently displayed on the product page and during checkout.
**Why does the estimated delivery time vary for each Seller?**
Delivery times are influenced by factors such as product availability, Seller location, your shipping destination, and courier service efficiency. To receive more accurate delivery times, enter your default pin code on the product page.
**Seller does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?**
To check serviceability, enter your pin code on the product page. Delivery limitations can arise due to:
- Seller preferences.
- Legal restrictions on shipping specific products.
- Availability of reliable courier services in your area.
**Why is the Cash on Delivery (CoD) option not offered in my location?**
CoD availability depends on courier partner policies and payment handling capabilities at your location. Your order value might exceed the cash limit acceptable by the courier service. Enter your pin code on the product page to verify CoD availability.
**I need to return an item. How do I arrange for a pick-up?**
Returns are simple. Contact us to initiate a return. After initiation, you will receive instructions on the return process. Where possible, Gia Nest’s logistics partner will arrange pick-up. If unavailable, you may return the product through a third-party courier. Return shipping costs are covered by the Seller.
**I did not receive my order but got a delivery confirmation SMS/Email.**
If you didn’t receive your order despite receiving a delivery confirmation, report the issue within 7 days of the confirmation date to allow the Seller to investigate.
**What do the different tags like "In Stock," "Available" mean?**
- **In Stock:** The product is ready for delivery. Delivery timelines depend on your pin code.
- **Available:** The Seller will procure the item upon order placement. Delivery time includes procurement and shipping duration.
- **Preorder/Forthcoming:** The product is expected to release soon and can be pre-booked. Delivery will occur within the specified timeline after release.
- **Out of Stock:** The item is currently unavailable. Use the "Notify Me" feature to receive availability updates.
- **Imported:** The item is sourced from outside India and may take 10 days or more to deliver.
- **Back in Stock Soon:** The item is sold out but available for booking. Shipping timelines depend on the Seller.
- **Temporarily Unavailable:** The product is not available for purchase but might restock. Use the "Notify Me" feature for updates.
- **Permanently Discontinued:** The product is obsolete and no longer available.
- **Out of Print:** The product is permanently discontinued and no longer published.
**Does Gia Nest deliver internationally?**
Currently, Gia Nest delivers only within India. While you can shop from anywhere using credit/debit cards issued in India or 21 other countries, delivery addresses must be within India.
